Praise the Lord! Years ago, trying to find Christian events in Connecticut was pretty challenging. Today, we have many. Formed in 2003 as a collaboration between Northeast Christians At Work and The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, the CT Alliance for Christian Arts is an ad hoc group of Christian concert, festival, and event organizers representing every county in Connecticut plus adjacent areas of New York, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. We meet several times a year at The Bushnell for prayer, mutual encouragement, tips, advice, and networking. The events we organize, help to organize or promote range from local, grassroots coffeehouses and festivals to major performances by major Christian artists at major venues such as The Bushnell, Six Flags New England, and the Arena at Harbor Yard.
